主要记录android 下 全屏界面时 软键盘弹出后布局移动的解决方案

可以看见整个布局都上去了，这样肯定不好，想背景不移动，只是输入框移动，效果图

可以计算出类似华为这样的有底部导航栏的手机的软键盘弹出高度。
