在python中安装一个包时，报了如下错误，SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to github.com:443 详情如下：

后来看到说要在git里面设置为 $ git config –global http.proxy “127.0.0.1:9666” 或者 $ git config –global http.proxy “127.0.0.1:1080” 设置后，还是不行，后来改成了 $ git config --global http.proxy “localhost:1080” 后来可以连上了
