在用pyhon安装JQData时，报错 Could not install packages due to an EnvironmentError: [WinError 5] 拒绝访问。: ‘d:\anaconda3\lib\site-packages\msgpack\_packer.cp36-win_amd64.pyd’ Consider using the --user option or check the permissions. 询问网站的客服，非说我的git安装的有问题，让我重新装了好几遍，又让换管理员账号安装等等，最后问题是这么解决的，在命令中加上–user就行了。
pip install git+https://github.com/JoinQuant/jqdatasdk.git 改成 pip install --user git+https://github.com/JoinQuant/jqdatasdk.git
