１．提示出错信息：fatal: remote origin already exists.
解决办法如下：输入
$ git remote rm origin
２．错误信息： error:src refspec master does not match any
原因分析
引起该错误的原因是，目录中没有文件，空目录是不能提交上去的
解决方法
touch README
git
add README
git commit -m
'first commit'
git push origin master
